Accessibility Features
Keyboard navigationAll interactive elements — links, buttons, form fields — can be reached and activated using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.
Screen reader supportPage structure uses semantic HTML elements (headings, landmarks, lists) to help screen readers present content in a logical order.
Alternative textAll informative images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images are marked to be ignored by assistive technologies.
Colour contrastText and interactive elements meet WCAG AA minimum contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
Resizable textThe site is designed to remain usable when text is scaled up to 200% in the browser without loss of content or functionality.
Focus indicatorsVisible focus outlines are present on all interactive elements to support keyboard and switch-device navigation.
Known Limitations
We are aware of the following areas where accessibility could be improved and are working to address them:
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen reader access. We are reviewing these on an ongoing basis.
- Certain embedded third-party content may not meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria.

Testing and Evaluation
We assess the accessibility of this website using a combination of:
- Automated testing tools (axe, Lighthouse);
- Manual review with keyboard navigation;
- Testing with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver);
- Periodic review by our development team against WCAG 2.1 criteria.
