A full-service Estonian accounting and legal firm. In the early years we served clients across industries — retail, construction, traditional services and early digital businesses — building a strong generalist practice on Estonia's emerging digital infrastructure.

Estonia's e-Residency programme changes the nature of our client base. Over the following years we onboard increasing numbers of SaaS founders, marketplace operators and digital-service businesses — and notice a consistent pattern in the structural and tax questions they bring.

eFinance becomes an official partner of Estonia's e-Residency programme — a recognition of the depth of experience we had built serving non-resident founders. Digital businesses now make up the clear majority of our client base.

The most complex and rewarding work consistently came from one type of client: platform and subscription businesses with structural, tax and compliance challenges that generalist firms were not equipped to handle. We stopped accepting clients outside this category. Every offering, process and hire since has been optimised for this one type of client.

Over two decades we have helped 2,260+ companies structure and operate through Estonia. Today our entire practice is dedicated to platform and subscription businesses: entity setup, ongoing compliance and regulated-activity licensing.
